I worked on Starbound as a writer and content designer.
Beginning in January 2013, I took point on worldbuilding, including the lore for all seven playable races. I also wrote hundreds of lines of dialogue, a large number of ingame books, and worked on procedurally generated narrative.
During 2014, I worked with the Starbound team to run a transmedia event called The Agaran Menace, where an in-universe journalist named Charlton McVicar investigated an alien threat. As Charlton, I wrote a number of articles, which released alongside videos and comics being produced by the rest of the team.
